Defects: 200 series of stainless steel plates, which are not magnetically tested by magnets, but this plate almost does not control sulfur and carbon content according to the national standard, replacing some or all nickel with manganese (and nitrogen) to produce austenitic stainless steel with lower nickel content. The defects of this series are that 18% of the chromium content is not balanced with the low nickel content to form the ferrite. For this reason, the chromium content in the 200 series stainless steel drops to 15%~16%, and some cases fall to 13%~14%, and the corrosion resistance is not compared with 304 and other similar steels. In addition, under the common acidic conditions in the deposition area and the corrosion area of the crevice, manganese and copper in some cases reduced the effect of re passivation. The destruction speed of the 200 series steel under these conditions is about 10-100 times that of the 304 stainless steel. Also, in production, the residual sulfur and carbon content in these steels are often not controlled, and materials cannot be traced and tracked, even in materials recycling. If Cr-Mn steel is not explained, they will become a dangerous mixture of scrap steel, causing the castings to contain unexpected high manganese content, so the 200 series of plates will appear small brown spots after the tide is damp in the air, and will rust after a long time.
